Terms of Service
Last updated July 10, 2026 (Version 1.0)
These Terms of Service govern your use of the fuelstops.io platform (fuelstops.io) operated by Infomax Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using fuelstops.io, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The person accepting these terms represents that they are authorized to bind the carrier organization they act for. We record your acceptance, including the version and date, when you create an account.
2. Description of Service
fuelstops.io is a multi-tenant service that reads a carrier's connected fleet and fuel-price data, generates cost-efficient fuel-stop plans along a route, and delivers those plans to drivers through the carrier's own Telegram bot. Dispatchers work from a Telegram Mini App or a web dashboard backed by the same system. The service depends on third-party integrations that you connect (telematics, fuel-price feeds, mapping, and Telegram).
3. User Accounts
- The service is for business use by freight carriers only.
- New carriers are approval-gated: you register, verify your email, and are approved before you can connect a bot or provider or generate plans.
- Sign-in is passwordless. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Telegram accounts secure, for maintaining an accurate dispatcher allow-list, and for all activity under your account.
4. Fees, Billing, and Trial
- The service is offered in two tiers: Standard $7 per truck per month and Premium $12 per truck per month.
- Every new carrier starts with a 3-day Premium trial automatically at activation. At the end of the trial you move to your selected tier.
- Charges are based on your active-truck count for the billing month — the number of distinct trucks for which at least one fuel plan was issued that month — subject to a minimum of 5 trucks.
- Each subscription includes a pooled fair-use allowance of 25 plans per truck per month, pooled across your fleet. Fair use will not block a plan mid-shift; sustained overage may prompt a tier conversation.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Infomax Inc. through Stripe; card data is handled solely by Stripe and we do not store it. The monthly charge reflects the prior month's active-truck count (billed in arrears); the first post-trial invoice charges the minimum.
- You may change your tier from the billing page. A tier change takes effect for the applicable billing cycle and sets the corresponding feature set.
- We may issue promotional codes with their own terms and expiry. Codes that are expired, deactivated, over their redemption cap, or unknown will be rejected and never partially applied.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for except taxes on our net income. Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or in violation of these terms;
- Attempt to access another carrier's data, defeat tenant isolation, or probe or breach security or authentication measures;
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its integrations, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or usage controls;
- Reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to third parties except your own authorized personnel;
- Upload unlawful content or data you lack the right to provide, or misuse the Telegram delivery channel to send spam or unlawful messages to drivers.
6. Your Data and Driver Notice
- You are responsible for the accounts and credentials you connect (telematics, fuel-price feeds, and your Telegram bot) and for your rights to the data you route through the service, including negotiated fuel prices and vehicle telemetry.
- As between you and us, you control your drivers' and personnel's data, and you are solely responsible for providing any notices to, and obtaining any consents from, your drivers regarding the collection and use of their vehicle location and telemetry through the service. We process that data on your behalf and on your instructions.
- You grant us the rights necessary to process your data to provide, secure, and support the service.
7. Fuel-Plan Disclaimer
Fuel plans are recommendations generated from the data available at the time. They are decision support, not directions or a guarantee of price, availability, savings, route safety, or legal compliance. Drivers and carriers remain solely responsible for safe and lawful operation of their vehicles and for all actual fueling and routing decisions, including compliance with hours-of-service, weight, hazardous-materials, and traffic laws.
8. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own the service and all related software, models, and content, including all intellectual property rights in them. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your data. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.
9. Third-Party Services
The service integrates with third parties, including Telegram, Google (Gemini), HERE Maps, Stripe, Resend, and the fleet and fuel-price providers you connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their availability and behavior are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that plans, prices, or routing will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the service or these terms. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the total fees you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infomax Inc. and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your data, your use of the service, your integrations, your failure to provide required driver notices or consents, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
- You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or in part, for non-payment, for a violation of these terms, or for security or legal reasons. Where practicable we will provide notice.
- On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including fees accrued, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
